Mentoring that renews
ANDAF, the National Association of Administrative and Financial Directors, turned to Idib Group with an ambitious challenge: to revitalize the association by attracting young financial professionals and, at the same time, expand their skills in crucial areas such as innovation, growth mindset, and resilience.
The idea was to achieve this goal through a mentoring program, where senior and established CFOs would guide and inspire young members.

Tailored content for effective learning
To facilitate mentees' learning on key program topics, such as innovation, leadership, resilience, growth mindset, and decision-making, Idib Group developed customized content accessible to all on a dedicated e-learning platform.
However, learning wasn't limited to the digital sphere: we organized many workshops and seminars to delve deeper into the content and stimulate participants' reflections on the discussed themes.
Customized mentoring, step by step
In parallel with content development, Idib Group meticulously curated the mentoring journey. We created specific materials for this initiative and facilitated dedicated sessions to align mentors and mentees with program objectives.
Additionally, we took care of all organizational aspects, from project management to sending communications and invitations, managing relationships with participants, and organizing events and workshops.

Numbers that speak of success
Launched in 2020, ANDAF's mentoring program has reached its third edition, involving over 30 mentors and more than 120 mentees so far. Average event participation stands at around 70%, while e-learning platform content sees a 60% viewing rate. But the most significant data point is the satisfaction expressed by mentors and mentees, with a score exceeding 4 out of 5.
These numbers testify to the success of an initiative that is actively shaping the future of finance in Italy.
